The Human-Intelligent Project

The Human-Intelligent Project is a tailored development programme that results in a strategy aligned with your goals and a concrete action plan.

Project-based collaboration is particularly well suited when you:

  • are developing a new product, service, or operating model
  • need support in developing an existing brand or business
  • want to understand why your customers behave the way they do and how their behavior can be influenced
  • want support in making your work more strategic and goal-oriented

A project can cover, for example, the following areas of your business:

Communication
Value proposition, customer-centric value creation, and core messaging

Customer journey development
Customer experience, removing barriers to purchase, and developing distribution channels

Product or service portfolio development

Business Model

What Does Human Intelligence Mean in a Project?

In my work, I use the Human-Intelligent Method I have developed, combining elements of behavioral psychology, sustainability communication, and service design.

Rather than looking at sustainability communication, the customer journey, or the offering as separate elements, the Human-Intelligent approach considers them as a whole, where every element needs to support the same goal.

At the core is human insight, grounded in the psychology of consumer behavior and an understanding of the specific characteristics of sustainable consumption.

When we understand the conscious and unconscious factors that influence sustainable consumption, we can also design genuinely effective actions across all relevant areas of the business.

Who Can I Help?

I work with companies and sustainable development projects that:

  • develop more responsible products, services, or business models
  • want to develop their work based on customer insight and behavioral understanding
  • need support in aligning sustainability with business objectives.

Project Example

My client was repositioning their brand from a craft brand to a premium brand. The vision was already clear, but uncertainty about how to put it into practice was holding the process back. Moving forward required an outside perspective on what could, and needed to change, and what was essential to preserve from the perspective of customer value.

We created a strategy, including:

  • updating the brand’s core message and developing targeted messages for different customer segments
  • planning a distribution strategy aligned with the new positioning and using omnichannel approach to create customer value
  • systematically integrating customer value into every stage of the service journey across different sales channels
  • planning the required website changes, including new content and its internal and external linking structure

To support the implementation of the strategy, we also created a phased action plan. This drew on the practical knowledge gained through my commercial experience, particularly in understanding the real-world requirements of launching and operating new sales channels.
