How the Process Works
The strategy package includes three joint meetings.
- At the kickoff meeting, we review your company’s goals, values, operating methods, and needs.
At the midpoint meeting, I present a draft of the strategy and explain the psychology behind it.
At the final meeting, I present the completed strategy and action plan.
Between meetings, I review your existing communication materials, conduct an analysis, and develop the strategy and action plan.
At the end, you will receive a written strategy package for your own use.
From this point on, you can start applying the Human-Intelligent approach in your day-to-day work.
