I offer consulting and interim services in situations where responsible business requires the development of communication or operations, or additional resources to support that development.

My services are based on 25 years of experience in the fashion industry, as well as my master’s studies and research in sustainability and circular economy in the fashion sector.

Consulting

Consulting is particularly well suited when you need an external, strategic perspective or to update your expertise, while implementation is carried out by your own team.

I am happy to support responsible business in short-term or project-based development needs.

My professional background includes sales, sales management, and chain management in the fashion industry, as well as sustainability communications. I have worked both in a global listed company and as an entrepreneur, which has given me a strong understanding of different operating environments and their realities.

I have extensive experience in wholesale and retail, franchise management, e-commerce, marketplaces, and their combinations.

One of my key strengths is understanding the perspectives of different stakeholders across the value chain, as well as identifying cause-and-effect relationships.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Culture and Arts , and I also have Specialist Qualifications in Management and Product Development.
